Returns & Warranty Policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide any reason.
For the return to be accepted:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
  • The product must be in new condition to allow it to be resold.
  • The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.

Return postage is free of charge.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or a faulty item, you may request an exchange or a refund. Please contact us by email at support@hearthrecords.com, attaching photos of the issue to help us process your request as quickly as possible. Return postage for faulty or damaged items is covered by us at no cost to you.

Refund
Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary, up to 7 days.

5-Year Warranty
Every turntable is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects.

What is covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Motor, electronics and connection issues that are not caused by misuse

What is not covered

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquids or misuse
  • Normal wear of parts such as the stylus, the belt and the dust cover
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to make a claim
Contact us at support@hearthrecords.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo or a short video. We will review your request and offer a repair, a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
