Terms of sale
ARTICLE 1 – Scope
These Terms of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by TimeGuarde ("the Seller") with consumers and non-professional buyers ("Customers") wishing to purchase products offered for sale on timeguarde.com.
ARTICLE 2 – Products Available for Sale
The products available for sale on timeguarde.com are record player stands and related accessories, as described and offered on the website at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 3 – Validity of Product Offers
Product offers are subject to stock availability, as indicated at the time of the order.

In accordance with data protection law, including the GDPR and the UK GDPR, Customers have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and transfer their personal data by writing to the address above.
ARTICLE 5 – Orders
5-1. Placing an Order
Customers can review the details of their order and the total price, and correct any errors, before confirming their order on timeguarde.com.
The sale is only final once TimeGuarde has sent the Customer an order confirmation email.
TimeGuarde reserves the right to refuse orders of more than 5 identical items.
5-2. Changing an Order
Any change to an order must be notified by email to support@timeguarde.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
If the changes cannot be accepted, the sums paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
5-3. Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled by the Customer, free of charge, at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
ARTICLE 6 – Pricing
Products are sold at the prices displayed on timeguarde.com at the time of the order. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), all taxes included, and include processing, packaging and delivery costs.
ARTICLE 7 – Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of the order, by secure payment, using the following methods:
Credit/debit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Apple Pay,
Shop Pay
ARTICLE 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the United Kingdom.
Orders are delivered on average within 3 to 7 business days to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
If the products have not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's fault, the sale may be cancelled upon written request from the Customer.
TimeGuarde bears all risks related to transport and is required to refund the Customer in the event of damage occurring during delivery.
ARTICLE 9 – Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the products is transferred to the Customer only after full payment has been received. Transport of the products is at the Seller's risk until delivery.
ARTICLE 10 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, Customers have 30 days from receipt of their product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), accompanied by the purchase invoice. Return postage is free of charge.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the Seller being notified of the decision to withdraw.
ARTICLE 11 – Seller's Liability – Warranty
Products sold on timeguarde.com benefit from:
The legal guarantee of conformity for defective or damaged products.
The legal guarantee against hidden defects.
TimeGuarde will refund or replace any product found to be non-conforming or defective within 14 days of the defect being identified.
ARTICLE 12 – Protection of Personal Data
The personal data collected from Customers is necessary for processing orders. Customers have the right to access, modify, rectify and object to the use of their information; to do so, they may contact support@timeguarde.com.
ARTICLE 13 – Intellectual Property
The content of the timeguarde.com website is the property of TimeGuarde and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
ARTICLE 14 – Unforeseen Circumstances
These Terms of Sale expressly exclude the legal provisions relating to unforeseen circumstances set out in Article 1195 of the French Civil Code.
ARTICLE 15 – Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable if the failure to perform its obligations results from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
ARTICLE 16 – Governing Law and Language
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights Customers have under the law of their country of residence.
ARTICLE 17 – Disputes
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Rennes, France.

ARTICLE 18 – Pre-Contractual Information and Customer Acceptance
Placing an order on timeguarde.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
