Frequently asked questions
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your turntable if it does not suit you. Contact us and we will guide you through the return process step by step.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Every turntable is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we will find a solution with you.
Do I need extra speakers to listen to my records?
It depends on the model. Some of our turntables have built-in speakers, so you can start listening right away. Others connect to external speakers or an amplifier through RCA output. The product page of each turntable lists its speakers and connections.
Which records can I play?
Our turntables play standard vinyl records. Supported speeds (33, 45 and sometimes 78 RPM) and record sizes vary by model, so check the specifications on each product page before you buy.
Can I play music from my phone with Bluetooth?
Many of our models offer Bluetooth, so you can stream music from your phone or send your vinyl sound to a wireless speaker. Bluetooth is not on every model, so look for it in the features of the product page.
How do I choose the right turntable?
Start with how you want to listen: built-in speakers for simplicity, or external speakers for more power. Then check the speeds, connections and finish that suit your space. Still unsure? Message us and we will help you find the right model, with real support and not a script.
How do I take care of my turntable and my records?
Keep the dust cover closed when you are not playing, place the turntable on a flat, stable surface, and handle records by their edges. Clean your records regularly with a soft anti-static brush. The stylus wears out over time, so replace it when the sound becomes dull or distorted.
